This Guatemala micro-region blend is from Baja Verapaz Cubulco. Having tasted some single farm lots from this area before, we knew we were getting a great classic coffee. Roasted just a bit darker than our usual roast levels, this coffee has big dark chocolate notes, with hints of that campfire smokiness that makes a nice dark roast hit that nostalgic comfort food category.
