Our current Indonesia offering: Sulawesi Tana Luwu Tibussan.  A medium/light roast that dark roast drinkers can also love.  Sulawesi, unlike the neighboring island of Sumatra, tends to favor washed processing over the Sumatran tradition of wet-hulling.  This coffee still exhibits the total richness of an Indonesian coffee, with a subtle hint of sweet pipe tobacco.  But it is dominated by indulgent dark chocolate and brown sugar sweetness.

Earliest guaranteed delivery of your order can be assured by getting orders in over the weekend.  We roast wholesale coffee on Monday, so the beans can be delivered later in the week by our staff.  Orders placed during the week will be roasted on the next available roast day, but other roast days are less consistent.  Let us know if you'd like to try to schedule an alternate consistent roast day for you!
