Our current Indonesia offering: Suku Batak Sumatra. A medium/light roast that dark roast drinkers can also love. The wet-hulled processing method results in the classic Sumatra profile of sweet pipe tobacco, molasses, and rich savory notes. This particular Sumatra, like our previous Southeast Asian coffees, is notable for it's sweetness (think bell pepper and brown sugar) and clarity. While earthiness is a distinct characteristic, the different flavors are easy to pull apart and dissect through that eathy tone. ($13.00 per pound- Please order a minimum of TWO pounds)
Wholesale orders will be delivered TUESDAY after you order (we'll roast your order on the next Monday and have it delivered Tuesday by your closing time). So please get any orders in by the end of the weekend. A reminder email will be sent every Friday.
